No attorney-client relationship
Visiting this website, submitting the contact form, or booking a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship with Givance. An attorney-client relationship is formed only by a signed engagement agreement. Until then, do not send us confidential information.

The client portal
Portal accounts are for clients and prospective clients. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
Fees
Our O-1 engagement is a single flat legal fee of $14,999. It includes preparation and filing of the petition, responses to Requests for Evidence, public-relations advisory services, and, if USCIS denies the petition, one refiling at no additional attorney's fee. It is not refundable on a denial; the refiling is the remedy. It does not include government filing fees, premium-processing fees, or third-party costs such as publication, submission, event or vendor charges, which are paid at cost and agreed in writing before they are incurred. Clients who signed earlier agreements, including agreements with a partial or full fee-refund guarantee, continue to be governed by the terms of those agreements. Fees, scope, and any fee-refund terms are set exclusively by your engagement agreement. Statements on this website are summaries; the engagement agreement controls.
Limitation
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Givance is not liable for damages arising from use of the website itself. This does not limit obligations we owe clients under an engagement agreement or professional rules.
